Saguaro Point is a 9,000 sq ft house on ten gated acres below Pinnacle Peak in North Scottsdale. Eight bedrooms, 13 beds, 6.5 baths, room for 16 people. Nobody else is on the property while you're here, so for the length of your stay the kitchen, the pool, the practice greens, and all ten acres belong to your team.
Most incentive programs here run three or four nights. Winners land at Sky Harbor, 30 to 35 minutes out, and a car arranged through VacayAZ brings them up the drive to a kitchen that was stocked before they arrived. Troon North is five minutes from the gate, Grayhawk is ten, TPC Scottsdale is twenty. That covers the formats most programs use: eight winners with spouses or partners, a dozen reps plus leadership, or a full sixteen-person President's Club. Every bedroom is a real bedroom with a queen or larger bed and a door that closes, and there are 6.5 baths, so a full house still gets out the door on time in the morning. Arrival Day and the First Round
Winners fly into Sky Harbor and cars arranged through VacayAZ bring them up the private drive, 30 to 35 minutes from baggage claim to the gate. The kitchen and bar are stocked before anyone walks in, so the first hour is a drink on the patio rather than a grocery run. Night one is almost always a chef dinner at one table, then putting on the backyard green, which is lighted for putting and chipping after dark.
