The Monument, Opened in 1990
The third hole on the Monument is a par five split by a granite boulder the size of a house, and the course takes its name from it. Weiskopf and Morrish routed the rest of it the same way, around the rock and the saguaro stands instead of through them, which is why fairways bend between outcroppings and greens sit tucked behind arroyos.
